1 Up offers event-specific training in track and field. However, most athletes can benefit from our program.
Track and field has long been proven to benefit football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse and baseball athletes. Our power, endurance, speed, and coordination training is an excellent way to get to the next level, no matter what sport you play.
If you're a high school athlete preparing for the upcoming season or a college-bound athlete looking to increase your chances for scholarship opportunities, 1Up can give you the edge.
We also offer a range of training for young athletes, allowing them to experience and explore multiple events before choosing their specific athletic path
Our 1Up team knows exactly what it takes to prepare the body for real competition. At the high school level our coaches qualified and competed in Regions (6a & 3a), Sectionals and State, then moved on to become collegiate-level Conference medalists and 1st Rounds & Nationals qualifiers. Present day, they are ranked among the top 20 in the country in their perspective events and are still active in competition. We understand the athletes we coach and we know what it takes to get the job done! That’s the 1 Up difference.
